Rates:

Labor rate (includes 1 Mason & 1 laborer) : $225/ hour

Chimney cleaning start at: $300.

Chimney cleaning fireplace insert partial liner starts at: $1,500

Chimney inspections with internal video start at: $300

over the phone chimney or masonry consultations are free for the first 15 minutes  

Most estimates require us to preform our own level 2 chimney inspection. 


Employees of Pennell's Masonry are covered by Workers Compensation. ( That's one of the reasons were are so expensive).
